All Packages Include:

  • $150 Party Fee: Covers the staff including party host hourly rate and room rental. (Need to be paid at booking and is non-refundable)
  • Party Host: A dedicated host to assist with setup, serving, and cleaning up.
  • Room Rental:  The store will reserved for your party for 90 min
  • Party Time: Total time: 90 min 45 Min for activity; 30 min for Snacks and Ice cream; 15 min for set up and/or wrap up
  • Decorations: Basic birthday decorations (banners, table settings) (Balloons will be extra charge)
  • Music: Option to select from our curated playlists or bring your own music.

Additional Requests:

  • To ensure we can make your party an amazing experience for your child, we will request for All parties to be PREPAID-IN-FULL when booking. The total will be based on a 10-guest minimum. If you cannot meet the 10 child minimum, the extra cost can be bought as gift cards for future use.
  • We request that your final headcount be provided no later than Tuesday before your event. As we look forward to preparing for your child and their friends, the headcount provided on Tuesday will be fixed and cannot be increased / decreased.
  • Parties are held only when the store is closed from the Public
    • In January- February, 2025, parties can be accommodated in the evenings after 5:30 PM on Monday through Thursday and Sunday from 2-7 pm.
  • Food Policy: Pizza or sandwiches can be catered from local restaurants (charges will apply if we order the food). No home cooked meals/ snacks are permitted.

Package 1: Ice Cream & Coffee Party with Activity

Perfect for those who love a sweet and cozy celebration! This package includes the following:

  • Ice Cream Treats:  Special Ice Cream Swirls per birthday child’s request for each child
  • Brewed Coffee:  One cup of Drip coffee and tea for adults, and one cup of regular hot chocolate option will be included (Specialty Espresso drinks and flavored hot chocolates can be purchased as extras)
  • Choose one Activity from the following:
    • Ocean Slime World (Age group 5-10): Your child and their friends will take a trip into the beautiful blue Ocean to create an Ocean themed slime that they can add their favorite mermaids or fishes into. This is an amazing sensory experience for children as they create a Borax-free slime using colorful and iridescent glitter and add pastel mermaid/ fish sequins to bring it to life.
    • Canvas Couture: Sparkle & Shine Tote (Age group 8-13): Your child and their friends create their very own glam canvas bags by adding sparkly elements, bold designs, and fun decorations to make their totes both stylish and functional. Any themed totes such as Taylor Swift, Wicked or Moana bag, will have an additional charge of $3 per child.
    • Glow Galaxies: Create Your Own Solar System (Age group 8-13): Your space loving child will enjoy building a glow in the dark solar system that they can proudly hang in their room.

Price: $150 Party fee plus $27/ child.

Package 2: -Build Your-Own Sundae OR Hot Cocoa Party with Activity

  • DIY Sundae Station: Choose either chocolate/ vanilla ice cream base and 3 toppings and one drizzle. Each child will create their own sundaes.
  • Brewed Coffee and Hot Cocoa Bar included: One drink per adult and child. Choose from drip coffee/ assorted tea bags or classic hot cocoa, salted caramel, or peppermint, with an array of mix-ins (marshmallows, whipped cream, drizzles) (Specialty Espresso drinks can be purchased at site)
  • Choose one of the following activities:
    • Glow in the Dark mason jar Aquarium (Ages 5-13) Your child and their friends will create their own fun glowing aquarium that is hands–on, colorful, and creates a magical glowing effect that they can enjoy making and showing off. Children will then enjoy a glow in the dark face/ hand painting and an Ocean themed photo areas will be available for pictures to show off their Aquarium and face paints.
    • Pirate’s Treasure Hunt in a Bottle (Age 5-13): Your child and their friends will create a fun and adventurous treasure hunt bottle that they will fill with unique and fun treasures. They will decorate their bottles with pirate themed items such as  gold coins, fake jewels, skull and crossbones confetti, plastic parrots. A Pirate focused photo booth with pirate hats, swords will be available for pictures. The kids will be engaged in a Pirate theme game such as “Walk the Plank” or Find the Hidden Treasure in the bottles.
    • Pie in the Sky Ice cream Party (Age 8-13): How better to celebrate your birthday but by making your own Ice cream Pie. This activity will allow each child to make their own ice cream pie with a number of Mix in’s to choose from. Additional Mix-in options in lieu of the DIY Sundae. Children will decorate their own chef’s hat or apron to help them become the professional baker they are as they prepare the most delicious Ice cream Pie they’ve created. They will choose from 2 base crusts; vanilla/chocolate ice-cream and a number of mix ‘ins.
